For our hors d'ouevres today, which is known as a small appetizer as the first starter course in multiple European cousines, will be a homeade-style dish known as "bruschetta."
Next, we will be serving our specialty: an amuse bouche. An amuse bouche is a savory and delicate course that adds on to the meal. For your amuse bouche today, we will be serving freshly toasted tortilla chips fried in avacado oil with a side of our freshly-made corn dip.
